The highlight of the festival was the A. O. Rodzianko Challenge Cup, in which Moscow Polo Club President Alexis Rodzianko played against his son Misha, the highest handicapped Russian player at +2 and his talented daughter Tasya, who plays off a zero.

The Cup was contested in an extremely close game, with the Tseleevo team scoring a winning goal in the last seconds to win 6-5 over the Moscow Polo Club team.
