Scapa – Los Dragones and Bayswater London Gin to meet in Spanish decider

Torneo Memorial José Ignacio Domecq final Sunday 8th

The Scapa – Los Dragones (3-1) and Bayswater London Gin (3-1) teams won their matches on Saturday, April 7th and now prepare to do battle in the Torneo Memorial José Ignacio Domecq final at Spain’s Santa María Polo Club.

In the day's opening match, Scapa – Los Dragones comfortably defeated Silex 10-6, with this latter team having lost its four matches in the event. In the remaining match, Bayswater London Gin came out the winners, after Dos Lunas managed to keep ahead and at one stage were winning by a three-goal margin. But in the fifth and sixth chukkers, the winning team rallied and ended up victorious 11-8.

Sunday, April 8th will be the closing date of the event at the Santa María Polo Club. At midday, Dos Lunas and Santa Quiteria will play their match to decide third and fourth places. At 12:45 p.m., Scapa Los Dragones and Bayswater London Gin will play the main final. These two teams previously met in the event's first stage, when Scapa – Los Dragones won 13-11.
