Six teams in 2012 Gold Cup at Dubai
Event to kick off Saturday, February 25th at Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club

Following the Abu Dhabi team's success in the recent Silver Cup at the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, next event on this venue's calendar is the 2012 KBL Dubai Gold Cup, which gets going on Saturday, February 25th.
There will be six teams taking part in the event: Mahra Polo, Bin Drai Polo, Habtoor Polo, Zedan Polo, Abu Dhabi and Ghantoot, the same ones that played the Silver Cup, with the exception of the Rhinos foursome. The maximum handicap allowed per team is of 15 goals.
During the opening day, Mahra Polo will be facing Bin Drai Polo, while Habtoor Polo will be facing Zedan Polo. The remaining qualifying matches will be played until Wednesday, March 7th, with the final being scheduled for Friday 9th.
