The second edition of the Torneo Nacional de Menores took place at the Club Hípico Militar San Jorge on Sunday, November 6th, organized by the Asociación Argentina de Polo.
There were no less than twelve teams in action, that had been divided into four groups, each of them formed by under-14 players.
La Lucila, with Juan Lalor, Genaro Ringa, Gino Ringa and Victorino Ruiz in its line-up, claimed the title, after having emerged as the top team in zone B. La Lucila faced La Candelaria in one of the semi-finals, which it won 7-3, and later on in the final, the team defeated La Bamba de Areco 9-5.
Each year, these kids continue to prove that world polo has its future assured by means of this seed-bed of polo talent.
