Red Falcons and Hecla remain undefeated in Derby Polo Tente d'Argent
Event's opening weekend at France's Brittany Polo Club
On a weekend characterized by high scoring despite this being a low-handicap event, last Saturday and Sunday (July 23rd and 24th) marked the opening days of the Derby Polo Tente d'Argent at the Brittany Polo Club, with six matches having been played.
Each of the teams played their first two matches, and so far only two remain undefeated.
On Saturday, Hecla defeated Armor 7-5, Red Falcons defeated French Kiss 5-4, and La Juliennais overwhelmed Hessings & Harcourt/La Esperanza, 9 a 1.
The following day, Red Falcons was another team that easily defeated Hessings & Harcourt/La Esperanza, 14 a 2 , while Hecla narrowly overcame La Juliennais 4-3, and French Kiss claimed its first win in the event by defeating Armor 6-4.
Saturday, July 30th is when this event continues, with the following fixtures having being programmed: : La Juliennais vs. French Kiss, Red Falcons vs. Hecla, and Armor vs. Hessings & Harcourt/La Esperanza, from where the (Sunday 31st) finalists are to emerge.
