Handicap changes announced in England
Five of the eight handicap rises go to Argentinian players

Following England's lengthy polo season, the Hurlingham Polo Association announced its handicap changes. Among the rises and reductions, Argentina's players set the pace.
Eight players were rated, six of them saw their handicaps raised, and there two reductions. The five Argentinian players handicaps were raised.
Sebastián Merlos recovered his handicap of 10, after having fallen to 9 in 2009, while Hilario Ulloa's was raised from 8 to 9, just like Lucas Monteverde, Jr. Lucas Criado and South Africa's Ignatius Du Plessis were raised from 7 to 8, and Gonzalo Deltour rose from 6 to7 goals.
Among the most significant reductions are those of England's Luke Tomlinson (from 7 to 6) and Satnam Dhillon (7 to 6). The newly-announced handicaps are to become effective as from January 1st, 2012.

From 9 to 10: Sebastián Merlos.
From 8 to 9: Hilario Ulloa and Lucas Monteverde, Jr.
From 7 to 8: Lucas Criado and Ignatius Du Plessis.
From 6 to 7: Gonzalo Deltour.
Reductions:
From 7 to 6: Luke Tomlinson and Satnam Dhillon.
