Born in 1954 in Argentina, Moy graduated as an architect and studied drawing at the School of Art in Buenos Aires.
Moy enjoys a position of prestige and popularity due to the excellence of his classic artworks, all of which focus on equestrian themes. A polo player himself, Moy has transmitted the action and dynamism typical of the sport by means of his paintings, producing prolific work which is highly-regarded throughout the world.

This artist captures all the motion and movement of the sport, and indeed this is the essence of his art: The combined action of man and horse. We can clearly notice this in his paintings, in which all the action is summed up in a few and vigorous strokes, capturing the very spirit of polo.
He uses different techniques and tools, such as acrylics, oil, water-colours, ink and pastel.

Since 1988, he has held more than fifty exhibitions, in which he has won important prizes.
His work has been exhibited in The Praxis International Gallery; Zurbarán Art Gallery, Arroyo Art Gallery; Fernandez Blanco and José Hernandez Museums, Hyatt Hotel and Caesar Park Hotel, Buenos Aires; Osaka International Fair in Japan; Art Expo New York, Malaysian Sultanate; Mexico; Peru; Chile; Uruguay; Brazil; Royal Berkshire, Glowcestershire, London in England; St. Moritz in Switzerland; South Africa; Salentein Gallery and Jan Van der Togt Museum in Holland, Sotogrande and Jerez in Spain; Santa Barbara, Palm Beach, Houston, Connecticut and New York in USA. Chantilly in France and Dubai, Arab Emirates.

Ever since 1988, the Argentine Polo Association has commissioned Moy to design the covers of the official programmes, apart from the painting a mural for the Palermo playing-field, as well as the logotype, book and medal for the Centennial.
The Chase Manhattan Bank has acquired several of his paintings for its private collection and for their inclusion on VISA credit cards.

On the occasion of the visit of HRH The Prince of Wales to Argentina, the Argentine Goverment acquired an oil painting from Moy, to present to the Royal guest as an official gift, a memento corresponding to a polo game.

During 1999 Moy worked on a ten metre-wide mural for Dubai, Arab Emirates. and recently two more on canvas. He travelled there in March 2009 so as to install it.
